AI calorie tracker · made for Indian food

Scan your thali.
Know your calories.

Take one photo of your meal. Fithali finds every dal, sabzi, roti, and rice (or pasta, burger, and sushi), estimates the portions, and tells you calories and protein in seconds. No typing, no weighing.

🍛 Full thalis in one photo🥣 Portions in katoris🌍 Works with world food too🌱 Veg, Jain, egg, non-veg
📸 Scan any plate🔥 Streaks and daily progress⏰ Meal-time reminders🏃 Weekly workout plan📍 Nudges when you eat out
How it works

Three steps. Zero typing.

Most calorie apps make you search every item and guess grams. Fithali does that part for you.

1

Snap your plate

Point your camera at your thali, tiffin, or restaurant plate. One photo, every katori included.

2

AI reads every item

Fithali names each dish, estimates its portion in katoris or pieces, and adds up calories, protein, carbs, and fat.

3

Know: eat or skip

See if the meal fits today's target, with a simple tip like “have half the rice” when it doesn't.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How accurate is it?

Fithali identifies each item on your plate and estimates the portion from the photo. Like any photo-based estimate, numbers can be off by about 15–20% (hidden ghee and oil are the hardest). You can adjust any item with one tap, and you always see what was detected.

Does it work for food outside India?

Yes. Fithali is tuned for Indian meals like full thalis with many katoris, but it recognises food from anywhere: pasta, burgers, salads, sushi, sandwiches, and more.

How much does it cost?

Every new account gets a free week with 1 scan a day. After that, Fithali Pro is ₹199/month or ₹1,499/year on fithali.app. Inside the app, Google Play shows its own price. Outside India, the price is shown in your local currency. Cancel anytime.

Can I get a refund?

Please use the free week to try Fithali first. Payments are non-refundable, including unused days, but you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged twice or by mistake, write to us and we will fix it.

What happens to my food photos?

Your photo is analysed to find the food and then discarded. It is never used to train AI models and never shown to anyone. A small thumbnail stays only on your phone. You can delete your account and all data anytime.

Is this medical advice?

No. Fithali is a wellness tool. Protein targets follow ICMR-NIN guidance and workout plans follow WHO and ACSM guidelines, but if you are pregnant, diabetic, or have a medical condition, follow your doctor or dietitian.

Which phones does it work on?

Fithali is launching on Android (Google Play) first. iPhone is planned next.
