Health disclaimer
Last updated 1 October 2026
Fithali is a wellness tool, not a doctor. Calorie numbers are estimates (often ±15–20%). If you are pregnant, diabetic, have an eating disorder, or any medical condition, follow your doctor or dietitian.
Not medical advice
Fithali is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Advice such as “eat half the rice” is general guidance based on your calorie target.
Accuracy
Estimates from photos can be wrong because of hidden oil or ghee, recipe differences, portion depth, and lighting.
Workout plans
Workout plans follow general public guidelines (WHO 2020 physical activity guidelines, ACSM position stands, and NHS strength exercises) and are adjusted using your goal, BMI, age, place, and experience. They are not personalised medical or physiotherapy advice. Talk to a doctor before starting if you are pregnant, or have heart, lung, joint, or blood pressure problems. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, or severe breathlessness.
When to see a professional
Consult a qualified doctor or dietitian before major diet changes, especially if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, kidney or heart disease, or a history of eating disorders. If you feel unwell, seek medical help.
